My name is Will Jones and I am proud to be the newest State Farm Agent in Memphis, Tennessee. Starting a small business in the city that I was born and raised in is a very special experience for me. I never considered becoming an insurance agent growing up, but I feel that my personal strengths and the job description match perfectly: A passion for people and a heart for service. Although getting an Agency is highly competitive, I could always lean back on my convictions to help me push through years of training and requirements. Those convictions were instilled in me early from two hardworking parents that sacrificed constantly for my sister and I.

I have always valued family above all else and I owe my work ethic and love of people to my incredible family. Family is at the forefront of Will Jones State Farm’s priorities, and we want to treat you how we would treat our own family. I consider myself incredibly blessed to be supported by and have aligned goals with a company that wants great things for my community. We would love to help you with your risk management. Our goal is for you to leave better off than when we first met. We hope to connect soon through whatever channel works for you! Prior to joining the team, I’ve worked in both claims and the hospitality industry, managing local staples like Char Restaurant, Coastal Fish Company, and both Ridgeway and Chickasaw Country Club. I’m grateful to all these places for instilling the importance of having a high level of professionalism and the need for great service. When I’m not at work you can find me cheering on the Grizzlies, cultivating a very important list of favorite films, and most importantly spending time with my wonderful wife Heather and our two little girls. I was born and raised in Memphis and graduated from the University of Memphis with a degree in Marketing Management. I married my husband Taylor in 2019 and we have two wonderful daughters together. My hobbies outside of work include being a mom, traveling, and spending time with my niece and nephew. I began my career with State Farm in 2016 and look forward to providing excellent service for years to come.
